Competitive Wages

Our company depends on hiring and retaining high quality employees, therefore we are committed to offering a competitive wage for our employees compared to industry standards and geographic location.

401(k)

All employees age 18 and over are eligible for a 401(k) Plan on the 1st day of the month on or after their first 90 days of employment. By contributing to the 401(k) on a pre-tax basis, you will take an active role in saving for your retirement and reduce your taxable income.

  • Bosselman matches $0.50 for each dollar you contribute up to 6% ofyour annual pay.
  • You have the option of contributing to a traditional 401(k) or a ROTH 401(k).
  • You may contribute up to 100% of pay subject to Federal limits on maximum contributions.
  • You manage your contributions using a variety of investment options.
  • If you leave employment, you receive the percentage of the Bosselman Companies matching contribution shown below:

Employee Assistance Program

All employees and eligible dependents are eligible for this benefit on the first day of employment. Employee assistance is also available to employees and eligible dependents for up to 18 months after terminating employment with Bosselman Companies.

Textbook Reimbursement Program

Employees are eligible for book reimbursement up to $250 per semester. All employees that have completed 30 days of employment and work at least 15 hours per week are eligible for any college, university or secondary accredited education book reimbursement for up to $250 per semester.

Critical Care Insurance

Critical Illness Insurance supplements your major medical coverage by providing a lump-sum benefit that you can use to pay the direct and indirect costs related to a covered critical illness, such as heart attack (myocardial infarction), end-stage renal failure, coronary artery bypass surgery, stroke or major organ transplant.

Accidental Insurance

Accidental Insurance helps offset unexpected medical expenses, such as emergency room fees, deductibles and co-payments that can result from a fracture, dislocation or other covered accidental injury.

Employee Discounts

Employee Discount Card - Bosselman employees receive a discount of 3% when you use your Bosselman Employee Card. The Bosselman Employee Card is accepted at all Bosselman locations excluding motels and hotels.

Motel 6 - Motel 6 is proud to partner with Bosselman to offer great savings on your next stay. Take advantage of the partnership by booking your reservation online and save 10%.

Other Bosselman Motels – Bosselman’s has designed an employee Rate for its hotel/motel locations.

Verizon Wireless - As a Bosselman employee, you are eligible for a monthly discount of 16% for eligible services.

LOA fitness for women - (Grand Island location only) 12 month membership agreement, $49.50 down (half off the reg. of $99), $25.00 card fee (check in & out after hours cards), $27.95 + tax monthly, these rates are for the Gold membership. Gold membership includes: 30 minute circuit, pin-set weights, unlimited classes, unlimited tanning, and infrared sauna.

YMCA - (Grand Island location only) Waived $50 Facility Fee when joining the YMCA.

We understand that everyone needs some flexibility in their schedule from time to time. Our company works with you to adjust as needed while maintaining the highest level of service for our customers. We want to make sure that employees flourish with a balance between work and personal life.

Electronic W-2 and Paystubs

We offer the convenience of Electronic access to your W-2s and Paystubs. With 24-hour a day access, you have the ability to look up your paystub information anytime without having to keep track of paper copies.

Paperless Payroll

With Paperless Payroll, you have fast, easy access to your paycheck without having to go cash a check. We offer two different Paperless Payroll options:

Direct Deposit: Your paycheck can be automatically deposited directly into your personal checking or savings account.

Money Network Reloadable Debit Card: Your paycheck can be automatically loaded onto a re-usable Money Network Debit Card. This one card can automatically be re-loaded every pay period, which saves you from having to get a new card or cash a check!

Holiday Pay

Holiday pay is available on certain days for full-time employees that choose to work on the holiday, if their location is in operation on the holiday.

Full-Time Benefits

Medical Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for medical insurance coverage on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full-time employment.

We offer both a Consumer Saver Plan and a Qualified High Deductible Plan, both of which can be for single or family coverage.

A Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) is available to employees who enroll in the Consumer Saver Plan which is a favorable tax treatment. Coverage under an HRA and expenses reimbursed through the HRA are excludable from your gross income.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) is offered to employees who enroll in the Qualified High Deductible Plan to save for medical expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Vision Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for dental insurance coverage on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full-time employment.

We offer plans for single, employee and spouse, employee and children, and family coverage.

Dental Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for dental insurance coverage on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full-time employment.

We offer both Employee Only and Employee Plus Family plans that provide coverage for routine cleanings, exams and x-rays as well as additional coverage for basic, major, and orthodontic services.

Flexible Spending Accounts

For full-time employees, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are a great way to save money by creating a tax-free cash reserve to pay for dependent care and/or certain health expenses. Unreimbursed medical, dental and vision expenses are covered under your FSA.

Voluntary Life Insurance

All full-time employees are eligible for Voluntary Life Insurance on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full time employment. Eligible dependents may be enrolled in voluntary life coverage if the employee is enrolled in this benefit.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

All full-time employees are eligible for the short-term disability benefit on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full time employment.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

All full-time, salaried employees are eligible for the long-term disability benefit on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full time employment.

Vacation Pay

Full-Time employees earn paid vacation time on a routine schedule dependant on their length of time with the company.

Part-Time Benefits

Medical Insurance

Part-Time Employees averaging 30 hours or more per week are eligible for medical insurance coverage on the first of the month on or after 60 days of full-time employment.

We offer both a Consumer Saver Plan and a Qualified High Deductible Plan, both of which can be for single or family coverage.

Limited Benefit Medical Plans are available as easy, low-hurdle access to the healthcare system otherwise unattainable for many employees. These plans, while not comprehensive like major medical plans, help defray some of the out-of-pocket costs associated with major medical plans.

*The Limited Benefit Medical Plans are not comprehensive major medical coverage. The plans are not intended to replace or become an alternative to a comprehensive major medical plan. Further, this insurance does not meet the "minimum essential benefits" standards set by the Affordable Care Act. Purchasing this plan will not relieve you of the tax imposed by the federal government in the Affordable Care Act for not purchasing qualified health insurance.

Disability Insurance

Disability Insurance offers a monthly benefit to replace a portion of your income if you are disabled and can’t work due to a covered accident or covered sickness. You can use this benefit however you need.
