What is pumped up rewards?

Pumped Up Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers with points that can be redeemed for fuel discounts. In addition to your rewards points, you can also earn additional savings at the pump with your membership status. Your membership status is based on the number of times that you visit our stores each month. The more you visit, the more you earn. Pumped Up rewards members also gain access to exclusive offers, member pricing, and more!

How do I join pumped up rewards?

Sign up now, without a card, at (pumpandpantry.com/pumped-up-rewards/) or simply download the Pump & Pantry app available at the Apple or Google App store.

You may also visit any Pump & Pantry location and ask for a Pumped Up Rewards card. You will need to register that card online (pumpandpantry.com/pumped-up-rewards/), or through our mobile app.

How do I earn points?

Once enrolled in Pumped Up Rewards, you will earn 10 points for every dollar spent in Pump & Pantry stores and 5 points for every gallon of fuel purchased at the pump (restrictions apply). To earn the points, provide your phone number, or swipe your Pumped Up Rewards card, or scan the mobile ID barcode in your app at checkout.

How do I activate my points?

To activate, log into your account in the mobile app or online at pumpandpantry.com/pumped-up-rewards/. For every 200 points earned, you can redeem them for a 1¢/gallon fuel discount (maximum 25 gallons).

do my points expire?

Generally, your points don’t expire. However, if you go a year without making a Pumped Up Rewards purchase, all of your points will expire at that time. You’ll have 30 days to redeem your fuel discount once you choose to activate it.

how do I earn a member status fuel discount?

Pumped Up Rewards members can earn additional savings at the pump through their membership status. Your membership status is based on the number of times that you visit our stores each month. You must spend at least $1 before taxes OR purchase 1 gallon of fuel to be credited with a visit (restrictions apply).

what are the different pumped up rewards membership status levels?

Amped status = 5 visits per month = 5¢/gallon discount available in the next calendar month

Pumped status = 10 visits per month = 10¢/gallon discount available in the next calendar month

Jacked status = 15 visits per month = 15¢/gallon discount available in the next calendar month

why didn't I receive credit for a visit?

If you didn’t receive credit for a visit it may be because you can only earn one visit in each 24-hour day. You also won’t receive credit for a visit if you only purchased lottery or gift card products.

does my membership status expire?

Your Pumped Up Rewards membership status resets on the first day of every month. As long as you meet the necessary visit criteria for your membership tier within each monthly period, then your discount won’t expire.

how can I see what rewards I have and view my membership status?

You can track your rewards and membership status on the Pumped Up Rewards website or mobile app.

can I add people to my pumped up rewards account?

The Pumped Up Rewards program is open to individuals only. The rewards belong to the registered user of the account.

how do I use my pumped up rewards at the pump?

Before fueling, insert your Pumped Up Rewards card or enter your phone number when prompted on the screen. Then choose if you’d like to redeem your fuel reward. You will only be prompted for a fuel discount if you earned a membership discount or if you activated your points into savings per-gallon.

is the pumped up rewards card like a debit/credit card?

The Pumped Up Rewards card doubles as a member card and a payment option. Once you have the Pumped Up Rewards card, you can sign up for Pumped Up Rewards Double Debit and receive double points for every purchase you make with your card. Sign up now at pumpandpantry.com/pumped-up-rewards/
