GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska (June 5, 2026) — Bosselman Pump & Pantry, a fourth-generation fuel and convenience retailer, announced today an agreement to purchase 21 Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh standalone convenience store locations, which include five in-store Starbucks and seven in-store Smokey Row coffee shops—marking Pump & Pantry’s next major step in their strategic growth plans. The acquisition is expected to close in July 2026.
The agreement includes 15 locations in the Des Moines metro, two in Davenport, Iowa, one in Marion, Iowa, two in the Omaha metro, and one in Lakeville, Minnesota. Addresses of the 21 locations are listed below.

Pump & Pantry currently operates 48 convenience stores across Nebraska, offering customers quality fuel, groceries, snacks, fountain drinks, coffee, pastries, ice cream, and quality grab-and-go food made fresh daily, in addition to licensed food offerings like Quiznos, and Cinnabon.
Following the close, these Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh locations will be rebranded as Pump & Pantry stores and will continue to offer Hy-Vee Fuel Saver redemptions.
Customers of these locations can also look forward to the Pump & Pantry rewards platform, Pumped Up Rewards. Pumped Up Rewards can be accessed through Pump & Pantry’s app, which also features exclusive app discounts, scratch & win games, online ordering, real-time fuel pricing and much more. Pump & Pantry expects a smooth transition at these Nebraska, Iowa and Minnesota locations throughout July. At the conclusion of this acquisition, Pump & Pantry will operate 69 convenience stores in three states. In addition, Pump & Pantry is excited to expand Hy-Vee Fuel Saver redemption to all 69 of its locations in the coming months.
No other Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh locations will be affected as a result of this purchase. Current Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh employees at these 21 standalone locations will have the opportunity to transition employment with Pump & Pantry.
